Time is ticking. Santa will be here before we know it. Must start my shopping. Too busy knitting Christmas presents and decorations for my studio. I'm knitting snowflakes for my window. They will be so pretty. Come join my knitting circle every Wednesday night at 7.00pm. Bring your projects with you and if you have a pattern to share with the group, bring it also. It's only $5.00 every Wednesday night. There will be coffee, tea and some sweets also. It should be fun! Happy shopping and Happy Knitting!

Christmas is in the neighbourhood. The lights are on the houses along with the Christmas decor around the windows and doors. The reindeer are on the front lawns. You know Christmas is around the corner when the Santa Claus parade is this weekend. I'm in the mood for knitting hats and mitts and scarves. The days are getting brisk first thing in the morning. Now's the time to knit a cozy afhgan or a throw, to wrap around you by the fire at the end of the day. Leg warmers and fingerless gloves are in fashion and are worn when you're walking a long distance. So stay warm and bundle up in your hand knitted hats, mitts and scarves etc. Happy Shopping and Happy Knitting!

Well, Did everyone have a Happy Halloween? We had lots of little ones at our door. It's time to put away the Halloween decor and start knitting or crocheting for Christmas decor. I have an awesome pattern to knit Father Christmas, to put in my studio. I'm also busy knitting hats and fingerless gloves for my kids. Christmas is my favorite time of year, baking and preparing for family and friends to join us to celebrate the festive season. I'm also looking forward to having my daughter home from university. So let us start to prepare for the Christmas season." Joy To The World"
