It's December! My favorite month of the year. The last month of the year. Time goes so quickly. This year I fit under the category, senior citizen. I don't feel like a senior. My health hasn't been great this year. Nothing life threatening though. So my studies in pharmacy will have to be put on a back shelf. I cannot stand for long periods of time. So I'm busy knitting. Knitting for Christmas. I hope I will be ready for Christmas.I have two new puppies in my family. They are keeping me busy. They will be twelve weeks old on Sunday and getting big. I should knit winter coats for them, for the cold weather. So pick up your needles or you crochet hook and begin a project for the holiday season. Happy Knitting, Merry Christmas.

It's November! Time to start knitting for Christmas. Hats, mitts, scarves, cowl neck warmers and shrugs are great gifts. I am busy knitting cardigans. There is nothing cozier then a bulky cardigan to wear on a cold winters night. So enjoy your November. Remember our heroes on Rememberance Day.

It's October. The cool days of Fall. I'm busy knitting for babies, kids, adults of all ages. Soon it will be Halloween. There are some cool sweaters for kids, for dressing warm for Trick or Treating. Now's the time to start knitting for Christmas presents. Yes, it will be here soon. Have a safe Halloween and Happy Knitting.

It's September already. Cardigan weather soon. I love the fall. Sweater weather. Time to knit colourful cardigans in bold colours to accompany your wardrobe. Cable pullover sweaters are back in style and arguile vests too. So start knitting for the cooler weather. Christmas is coming also. Happy Knitting

It's almost the end of August. I've been busy crocheting puppets and knitting sweaters, one for my sister and baby sweaters. School will be here next week. I have just one child finishing high school. Where did the time go?? They say the days are long but the years are short. Think about it. I think life goes faster when you are older. I'm thinking about starting up a knitting circle, stitch and b-----. Sound like a good idea? Please send me a comment, if you think this would be fun. Happy Canada Day. The summer is here. I've been busy doing needlepoint along with knitting a sweater for my favorite sister. It's cold in Calgary. Everyday I am grateful for my grandfather who taught me how to knit. Then my mother continues to keep me interested. My Mom is 86 and she still is knitting. It's like a drug. I'm addicted. I don't go a day without knitting something or doing my needlepoint. So pick up those needles and get started on a project. Happy Knitting!

It's June! The weather is changing. Some days are hot and some are cool. I'm busy knitting summer scarves. I've finished preemie hats which I'm selling at the little shop in Whitby called All Occasions Gifts. This is a vending shop and has been open for 1 year tomorrow. Everything in the shop will be on sale for 15% off. So come in on Sat. and Sun. Lots of cool stuff from local vendors.

Well, I've been doing my placement for pharmacy and I'm off with Phlebitis, with my leg up. One good thing, I'm catching up on my knitting for the shop. I have knit many preemie hats. So cute! I'm also working on a carriage blanket. So I don't know when I'll be back to the pharmacy. I must look after myself.

It's April!! It's cold too! I should be knitting hats and scarves and mitts. Although Spring is around the corner. Time to knit lacey spring tops and scarves in bright bold colours. I'm busy knitting baby sweaters and newborn hats, mitts and booties for the shop. Easter is here, so have a Happy Easter and stay warm!

March is here. I'm busy studying pharmacy law. Also knitting shawls, crib blankets and ponchos. My products are still in the shop in Whitby, on the corner of Brock and Mary. Febuary is here. My birthday month. I tend to want to forget it. I've been busy knitting for the shop in Whitby, Ont. Also busy studying, I'm almost finished my schooling, so I'll have more time, I hope to knit. Spring is just around the corner. Time to knit for the summer. Sleeveless tops are in for the summer in pure cotton. Easy to knit and comfortable to wear.So, Keep knitting! A great hobby also if anyone is interested in taking lessons. let me know.
