It's May! Time to really get ready for summer. The flowers are coming up and the trees are budding along with my allergies are beginning. It's April! Easter is around the corner. Have you ever knit Easter eggs? They are fun to knit and put in a wicker basket for decoration. Hopefully the weather will warm up and it's time to knit summer sweaters and sleeveless tops in a cool cotton colour. I'm still teaching knitting lessons, if anyone is interested in learning. It's March. Spring will be here! Although it doesn't look like spring with the snow on the ground. I'm still knitting for new babies and little girls. I'm also knitting Yoga socks for fun. I've found some new patterns for sleeveless tops for spring and summer.Even though spring is on it's way, don't stop knitting. There are lots of spring sweaters and tops to knit. Spring shawls are in fashion and easy to knit. Colourful socks for spring are easy to knit, with the many colours of sock wool out now. So have fun and continue to knit. It's very relaxing and calming. Knit some Easter Eggs and Happy Easter. Happy Knitting.

It's February! Time to knit for your loved ones. I'm almost ready to send out my crib blanket for my new nephew. He lives in Calgary,so I have to get it mailed out soon. Maybe I will knit a red scarf for Valentines Day. So wear red on this very heart felt day. Maybe red mitts or gloves. This would be a good project to work on as winter is still here. It's the middle of January. I hope everyone had a happy New Year. I'm so busy knitting baby things for my niece as the baby is due next week. She lives in Calgary so I also have to mail it out to her. I'm busy teaching knitting also. I'm looking at starting a Knitting Circle. If anyone is interested, let me know. Just five dollars to join every week. Come with your projects and have coffee or tea and some sweets and exchange patterns also! My family received snuggies for Christmas. They are like cowl necks and scarves for around your neck to keep you warm. They are fun to knit also. The winter season isn't over yet. I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas. Now the New year is upon us. Where is the time going? The kids will be soon back to school after their Christmas Holiday. I finished the Christmas stockings I knit for a client. They were fun to knit. Now I'm knitting a baby blanket for my niece in Calgary as her baby is due Jan.22. I think I'll knit her a little sweater and bonnet also. Everyone enjoys new mitts or socks in the cool months ahead. They are fun to make also. It's December. Christmas is coming! I'm busy knitting Christmas stockings for a client of mine. I'm taking orders for any hand knit items.
