I've been busy knitting fingerless mitts and hats for the shop in Whitby, called All Occasion Gifts, on Brock St. and Mary, just north of the 4 corners. There are many vendors in the shop. It's December. Time is flying by. Must try and finish some of my projects I'm working on before Christmas. Hope to get lots knit on my Christmas break. Tis the season to be knitting. It"s November! It's cold outside. I'm getting ready for winter. Knitting lots of scarves, mitts, hats etc. Christmas is coming and there's lots to knit for presents under the tree. Last year I knit Christmas stockings. I also have new babies in the family being born in the New Year, so I'm busy with knitting gifts for those little ones. Lots to do on these cooler evenings. It's October! Fall is in the air. The nights are chilly, good sleeping weather. It gets you in the mood for knitting blankets for your comfy couch or your king or queen size bed. I have to get started on a blanket for my daughter as she has recently moved out with her boyfriend to a house of their own. I have been busy with school, but I hope to get started on it. My house is full of men, my husband and my three teenaged sons. I miss my daughter terribly, as there is no female conversation. Oh well, I'll keep myself busy knitting and studying. It's almost the end of September! Sorry I've missed keeping up with my blog. I'm a busy girl now. I'm back to school for Pharmacy Technician, but I'm still keeping up with my knitting. I'm still at the vending shop, selling my knitting. It's in Whitby on the corner of Brock St. and Mary St. The shop is called All Occasion Gifts (by Mom and Kid Stuff). The colder weather is upon us and I'll be knitting mitts, hats, scarves and fingerless gloves for kids and everyone who are busy with their hands in this cold weather, that is creeping up on us. Thanksgiving and Halloween are also coming soon. So get your Autumn colours and orange wool out to knit for the season. Happy Knitting!!

It's August!! The summer is winding down and almost time to start knitting for the winter. Did I say Winter? Ugh! Happy Canada Day!! It's a beautiful day. I'm busy knitting for the new shop called "All Occasion Gifts" in Whitby. Come out to the shop and meet many vendors. I'm selling many of my hand knit items there and continue to knit more. The kids are finished school for the summer and are celebrating Canada Day today. Enjoy your summer and keep knitting those projects. I'm taking calls and emails for lessons in the fall. So let me know, I'll be happy to teach anyone who is interested.
